Your new role
As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking accurate minutes during meetings and typing them up promptly (core part of the role)
* Preparing documents and correspondence
* Performing mail merges
* Scheduling and arranging meetings
* General office administration tasks
This is a temporary role required until the end of February, potentially mid-March. It is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, however, my client may be able to accommodate a slightly earlier start or finish time. Remote working is not available for this vacancy.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong typing and note-taking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
