3. Salary: Up to £56,000 basic + OTE £60,000+
Our client, a well-established accident repair group, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Accrington. Key Responsibilities for the Panel Beater:
4. Replace and repair damaged or compromised vehicle panels to manufacturer standards.
5. Carry out chassis and framework repairs efficiently and accurately.
6. Assess vehicle damage and select appropriate repair methods.
7. Conduct bumper and door repairs as required.
8. Ensure all work meets internal and third-party quality standards.
9. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient workflow.
What We’re Looking For in a Panel Beater:
10. NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Panel Technology (or equivalent).
11. Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
12. Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
13. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
14. Full UK driving licence.
