Key responsibilities (will include but not limited to) * Checking new customers credit ratings, setting up accounts, and reviewing credit limits to minimise financial risk * Set and monitor credit limits * Ensure debts are paid in a timely and effective manner * Allocating receipts to customer accounts * Resolving internal and external queries regarding, invoices, payments, and disputes * Developing and maintaining relationships with customers * Respond promptly and efficiently to both customer and internal queries * Reconciling complex accounts, posting / allocating cash, and raising credit notes Required skills & qualifications...
