* 1) Preaching the Gospel
* He/She is expected to share the message of salvation with non-believers through sermons, outreach events, and personal conversations.
* 2) Community Outreach
* He/She will organize and participate in evangelistic campaigns, street preaching, hospital visits, prison ministries, and community service.
* 3) Discipleship and Follow-up
* He/She will provide spiritual support and follow-up to new converts; help them grow in faith through Bible studies, mentoring, and integration into the church community.
* 4) Training and Equipping Others
* He/She will train church members on how to evangelize and encourage them to share their faith.
* 5) Prayer and Intercession
* He/She will lead and participate in intercessory prayers for the lost, the church, and the community.
* 6) Collaboration with Church Leadership
* He/She will work with pastors, elders, and ministry leaders to plan evangelistic strategies and align with the church's vision.
* 7) Planning Evangelistic Events
* He/She will organize crusades, revivals, conferences, or missions aimed at spreading the Gospel.
* 8) Counseling and Encouragement
* He/She will provide spiritual counsel and encouragement to seekers, backsliders, and those in need of faith support.
* 9) Missions Involvement
* He/She will participate in or lead short- or long-term mission trips, locally or internationally.
* 10) Modeling a Christ like Life
* He/She must live a life that reflects the Gospel to serve as a witness through both words and actions.
* EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Degree in theology or any relevant course.(required).
* RCCG Worker Training Certificate (essential).
* At least three years of ministry experience in a RCCG is advantageous.
* Proficiency in English (essential).
