Offering a salary up to £45k with uncapped commission (realistic annual commission circa £25k), we are looking for a dynamic New Business Development Manager to join our team. The role will spearhead new business acquisition strategy, targeting and converting key prospects through a combination of self-generated and qualified leads. The role is entirely remote/field-based and will focus on new business wins, covering the entire UK, with a focus on the Scotland region.

Responsibilities
* Actively hunt for new business, contributing to and delivering against the new business strategy based on market insight, trends and research
* Propose profitable new business opportunities aligned to growth plans
* Manage key internal relationships to drive optimum sales pipeline processes
* Promote strong relationships with other BDMs to create effective joint win strategies
* Be strategic in customer acquisition to promote the Arco brand and proposition at all levels within customers\' businesses
* Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver new business
* Develop and drive a tailored value proposition for target customers
* Utilise relevant technology and tools to enhance the sales process and maintain up-to-date data

* A starting salary up to £45,000, with uncapped commission

Requirements
* Driven to quickly win profitable new business
* Strong negotiation and conversion skills with various stakeholders
* Keen understanding of market and competitive landscape
* Ability to analyse sales and P&L data to inform strategy and use reporting tools
* Excellent presentation skills to communicate benefits and services
* Experience with Challenger Sales methodology is beneficial
* Full UK driving licence
