The successful Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, reporting into the Building and Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out requested work as part of planned preventative maintenance and on-going site maintenance programme
* Maintenance of floodlights across the London region
* Operating machinery and tools such as hoists and ladders complying with the company's health & safety policies
* Being proactive in suggesting savings for the facilities budget
* Working hours as required by the business covering some evenings and weekends when required
* Complying at all times with health & safety regulations and safe working practices
* Liaising with clients & management
Qualifications
* NVQ level 2/3 Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition (desirable)
* City & Guilds 2391 (desirable)
* Previous client facing experience
* Flexible attitude towards work
