Senior Brand Manager

£85,000-£90,000

As the business enters its next phase of growth, brand will play a critical role in driving trust, differentiation and long-term customer value in a highly regulated environment. To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to step into a highly visible, senior role within the marketing team, shaping and delivering the brand strategy during this pivotal moment.

The Role

The Senior Brand Manager will report into the Director of Brand, and will be responsible for developing and embedding brand strategy, leading brand campaigns and content, and acting as the day-to-day brand guardian across the organisation. The Senior Brand Manager will manage a team of two direct reports (Graphic Designer and Creative Production Manager) and work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital, SEO, Social, PR, CRM and Product. The Senior Brand Manager is expected to be responsible for the Global Brands including Miva / Renu (Global), Kapsel (Germany) and Simple Online Doctor (Australia), supporting the Brand & Content Manager who will be responsible for Simple Online Pharmacy (UK).

This position requires a confident, strategic and commercially minded brand leader who can balance long-term brand building with short-term business delivery, ensuring all brand activity is insight-led, compliant and consistently executed across channels.

What you'll be doing

* Lead brand strategy and positioning across Miva, Kapsel and Simple Online Doctor, developing clear, compliant messaging aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

* Act as brand guardian, owning global brand guidelines and delivering integrated brand campaigns and content across owned, earned and paid channels.

* Manage end-to-end product launches, serving as marketing lead for NPD (including supplements), ensuring consumer insight drives launch strategy and BAU integration.

* Own market and audience insights, analysing trends and competitors and establishing brand tracking, measurement and reporting frameworks.

* Lead and develop the brand team, line managing creative roles, mentoring peers, and managing agency relationships while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

* Drive business impact and budget management, supporting senior leadership on strategy, managing brand budgets, and identifying growth and investment opportunities.

What were looking for

* 8+ years' experience in brand management and communications, with a proven track record of developing brand strategy, positioning, messaging frameworks and brand guidelines.

* Strong leadership and delivery experience, including managing teams, agencies and complex, cross-functional projects.

* Background in healthcare or other highly regulated industries, with a strong consumer focus; experience in digital or tech-led D2C businesses preferred.

* Expertise across digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, social, content and CRM, supported by strong content strategy capabilities.

* Data-driven and analytically strong, using insights and performance data to optimise customer communications and brand impact.

* Strategic, creative and action-oriented, comfortable using AI (including generative AI) for rapid creative development and thriving in fast-scaling, high-growth environments.
