Time Commitment
Typically, our branch team leader volunteers dedicate 10 to 15 hours per week. The role is flexible and can be shared among volunteers. During certain times of the year, such as the end of the financial year, more hours may be required. Support and guidance are available.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone with experience in supporting volunteer teams, ensuring their happiness and confidence, and ensuring compliance with charity best practices. You should be comfortable collaborating with the Branch Development Manager, leading teams, monitoring expenditure, and acting as an ambassador for Cats Protection.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and manage volunteers within your group
* Maintain communication with volunteers and staff
* Promote a positive image of Cats Protection
* Organise and chair team meetings
* Assist in planning volunteer activities and ensuring the financial stability of the group
