We are looking to recruit a Deputy Laundry Manager to work at Swansea Laundry based in Llansamlet.
The role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to lead a busy production environment that processes linen for Hospitals and Health care premises across South West Wales.
Main duties
The Deputy Laundry Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the overall laundry production process working closely with the Lead Production Supervisor and Laundry Section Leaders.
The postholder will be responsible for the operational effectiveness of the Laundry Production Unit, monitoring the quality of the service provided and liaising with customers.
Duties will include the management of staff and resources across the site to achieve optimum production levels.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
