Service Delivery Coordinator

Circet UK is looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to support our service delivery teams, ensuring our projects run safely, on time, and on budget.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a keen interest in telecoms or infrastructure to grow within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Coordination of Field Operations Teams scheduling, job allocations, and other operational duties
2. Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
3. Manage documentation and ensure accurate tracking of permits, drawings, reports, and compliance files
4. Coordinate and support meetings: scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking
5. Maintain project tracking systems including logs, spreadsheets, and status dashboards
6. Help process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses, supporting financial tracking
7. Facilitate communication between field teams, internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders
8. Help ensure projects meet Health & Safety and internal quality standards
9. Assist with logistics, including tracking material deliveries and resource allocation
10. Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep operations running efficiently
What You’ll Need
Experience & Background
11. 1–2 years in a project support, admin, or coordination role — ideally in telecoms, construction, or engineering
Skills & Attributes
12. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and shared document systems
15. Proactive, collaborative, and able to prioritise effectively
16. Flexible, willing to learn, and eager to grow with the role
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
18. A-Levels or equivalent
19. Familiarity with project software like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira (preferred but not essential)
