This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded regional firm in Kidderminster.

You’ll be joining one of the firm’s largest and most established departments, working alongside a strong team, with direct access to a highly respected Partner and Head of Department. The role offers long-term security, a supportive environment, and the chance to build a strong personal caseload within a firm known for its commitment to wellbeing and work/life balance.

The work is already there. Your focus will be on delivering excellent client care, managing a varied Private Client caseload, and gradually developing your own internal and external referral relationships, all within a collaborative, well-resourced team.

Who we’re looking for

4. Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE
5. Experience managing a generalist Private Client caseload
6. Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, estate administration and trusts
7. Confident working autonomously while collaborating within a large team
8. Comfortable contributing to BD, marketing and cross-referrals
9. Full driving licence


What you’ll be doing

10. Managing your own mixed Private Client caseload
11. Advising on wills, LPAs, estate administration and trust matters
12. Delivering high-quality, compliant and client-focused advice
13. Working closely with colleagues across offices to support referrals
14. Supporting marketing and business development activity where required
15. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies

18. Hybrid working, 2 days WFH per week post-probation
19. Full-time or 4 days per week considered
