Sales Manager (Energy)
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, with up to £60,000 OTE, working 37 hours per week, hybrid, early finish Fridays, 33 days holiday, bonuses, and company benefits.
Are you a Sales Manager from the energy industry with a B2B background who wants an autonomous and rewarding role? This well-established company is a specialist consultancy looking to expand into new industries, leveraging nearly 60 years of experience.
In this B2B role you will manage and build a small team of Business Development Executives, lead day‑to‑day sales operations, liaise with Directors, and adapt the sales process. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office, Monday to Friday.
The Role
* Manage and grow the sales team
* Help manage accounts and maintain relationships with clients
* Liaise internally so sales processes align across the business
* Work Monday to Thursday 8:45am – 5:15pm and finish 4:15pm on Fridays
* Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
The Person
* Sales Manager or similar experience
* Experience leading small sales teams and improving business development processes
* Proven B2B selling skills in the energy sector
