Overview
Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a specialist school environment. This is a full-time, permanent position where you\'ll play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
The Role
In this dynamic and highly-resourced school setting, you\'ll work directly with a small class of students, typically supporting a group of 4-5 individuals aged 5 to 18. Your main goal is to assist these students, who have a wide range of complex needs including autism and physical disabilities, in their daily learning activities. This isn\'t just a job; it\'s a chance to build meaningful connections and celebrate every small victory with the students you support.
* Providing one-on-one and small-group support to students during lessons.
* Collaborating closely with experienced teachers to deliver tailored support.

* An Enhanced DBS check covering both children and adults (required for the role).
