Field Service Engineer – CNC Machine Tools. UK-wide travel. Basic salary £32,500–£37,500. OTE £45,500–£52,500.
We are recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading CNC machine tool manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in CNC machinery who is looking to maximise their earnings while working with advanced machine tool technology.
Responsibilities
* Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.
* Provide technical support and fault-finding expertise to minimise machine downtime.
* Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
* Work a 37.5-hour standard week, with regular overtime available.
What’s on Offer
* Basic salary between £32,500–£37,500, depending on experience.
* Realistic OTE of £45,500–£52,500 (based on 10 hours overtime per week).
* Overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours and on Saturdays, and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
* Paid door-to-door travel.
* Company car (Skoda, choice of model).
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ machine tool service experience.
* Strong knowledge of CNC machinery; experience with specific OEMs is highly advantageous.
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
* Confident working independently while representing the business in a customer-facing capacity.
