Theatres are looking to employ a full time clerical administration assistant to support the General Manager / Matron and Band 7's
The successful candidate will join a vibrant, diverse and motivated multi disciplinary team.
The post briefly involves the day to day administration including producing documents of a confidential nature, producing audit data / reports etc. Managing our theatre allocations by updating hourly due to changes to schedules. Governance and performance support producing advanced analytics reports.
The successful candidate will also be required to support our procurement lead within the department.

Main duties of the job
We wish to appoint an administration staff member, on a permanent full time basis.
You will Undertake collection of theatre data for various platforms including at national level.
Support colleagues and clinicians as required in timely data reporting and preparing information for meetings in order to ensure effective participation.
Secretarial support to several team members including theatre manager, matron and Band 7's
