Tree Top Viewis looking to recruit a support workerto join the team!

Full-time 42 hours per week

12-hour shifts or a mix of early & late shifts.Weekend work is included

£13.20 per hour

Tree Top View is located in the small town of Leyland, near Preston. The home provides residential support for six adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents well-being. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a support worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents

Your positive attitude and passion for providing high quality care and support will be your key strengths, but you'll also have a friendly, patient and positive approach to work. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support.

You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.

What you’ll bring to the role
