You’ll often be the first point of contact for People Services, helping colleagues, managers and external partners with professionalism, sensitivity and care. From recruitment and onboarding to wellbeing, learning and development, and reward administration, you’ll help ensure our people processes run smoothly and compliantly while contributing to a positive colleague experience. ️ What you’ll be doing Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, changes and leavers Preparing accurate employment documentation and maintaining compliant employee records Administering learning and development activity, inductions and training systems Coordinating wellbeing initiatives, absence processes and occupational health activity Supporting reward, recognition and allowance processes Providing meeting, committee and minute-taking support where required Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service to colleagues and managers Supporting People Services projects and continuous improvement initiatives About you You’ll bring previous administrative experience within a People or HR environment, along with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service. You’ll also have: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and digital systems Experience handling confidential and sensitive information Clear written and verbal communication skills A positive, approachable and professional manner Desirable (but not essential): CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards it Experience within the social housing sector Minute-taking and report production experience Knowledge of HR systems (Iris Cascade experience is a plus!)
