This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified clinician with a professional registration (e.g., Nurse, Pharmacist) and a Non-Medical Prescribing qualification to join our community children’s service in South West Essex (including Brentwood, Basildon & Thurrock). Main duties of the job
Work collaboratively to provide safe, holistic care to children on the neurodevelopment pathway, especially those diagnosed with ADHD, including follow-up and monitoring. Offer advice, support, and clinical input to young people and their families, acting as an Independent non-medical prescriber within legal limits. The team operates across three bases (Brentwood, Basildon, Thurrock) providing community health services such as Community Paediatrics, Nursing, Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physiotherapy.

The post is subject to a probationary period, except for internal applicants. It attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary (minimum £1,258, maximum £2,122 per annum pro rata).
