About The Role
As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you will use your compassion and experience to help deliver clinical care to the high standards we are known for. You will ensure our care meets all regulations by implementing rigorous safeguarding policies and overseeing the creation of care plans. This role will see you exercising professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, managing projects, and evolving care levels to meet every resident’s needs. You will also keep the team updated with the latest clinical developments by providing coaching, training and mentoring that engages and inspires them. As Care Home Clinical Lead, you will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.
About You
You are a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Experience in gerontology is important, as is a strong awareness of both clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You are dedicated and motivational, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and have demonstrated successful clinical mentorship and performance management. You pride yourself on a person‑centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
