Marketing Content Lead
Hybrid role - Solihull, West Midlands
Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us and jointly amounting to some 11% of the mortgage market share in the UK. The FS division also includes TMA and Direct Life.
We are keen to recruit a Content Lead in what is a key role in our large Marketing function.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to contribute to the success of our Financial Services Division by ensuring optimum outcomes for the business.
The role is hybrid and will be based partly out of our HQ site on the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull
Role Purpose:
1. Social media content planning, creation, artwork briefs, sign off and scheduling to maintain and improve our digital presence and engagement levels.
2. Production of regular magazines, bulletins and newsletters, including content planning, creation, design brief and sign off for AR and DA audiences.
3. Crafting content for a variety of channels and audiences to support the wider team and a range of projects.
4. Co-ordinate content plan with PR agency activity and liaise with them to maximise content reach.
5. Providing a copy writing and editing service, in line with the embedding of new brand guidelines and our tone of voice to ensure consistency.
6. Owning our tone of voice and being responsible for the delivery across all areas of the business for consistency.
7. Identify trends and use insight from reporting to support future content success.
8. Work closely with Marketing Assistants to give guidance and direction, allowing them to support on content.
Skills & Qualifications:
9. Excellent command of English language for a range of purposes, audiences, and channels.
10. Ability to craft original content, using subject matter expert input, interview output, and own research to support understanding.
11. Key stakeholder management.
12. Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines.
13. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
14. Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint .
15. minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
16. Three years’ minimum experience in a similar role
Desirable skills and experience
17. Financial services and products knowledge
18. Broad awareness of financial promotions regulations
19. Experience with WordPress and HubSpot
20. Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or equivalent
Salary and Benefits – Base £30,000 - £35,000 DOE and negotiable
Hybrid partly based on the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull for 3 days and home for 2 days.
