You will be part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team, whose goal is to help multi-jurisdictional businesses manage their compliance requirements and risk. You’ll liaise with Grant Thornton UK and Grant Thornton International member firm individuals, ensuring that our clients' compliance obligations are met alongside key SLAs. GCRS extends the client’s central team covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters.

About the role
As a Global Compliance Administrator in Accounting and Tax Compliance within our GCRS team, you will:
1. Take the lead on contract management duties, ensuring delivery of a quality back-office support function.
2. Handle invoicing queries for national and global partner teams, maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines.
3. Monitor compliance deadlines across multiple jurisdictions, owning the central dashboard for your client portfolio.
4. Assist in preparing proposals and supporting client delivery teams with administrative tasks.
5. Prepare documents for clients according to timescales and SLAs.
6. Compile global fee information and proposal materials for new opportunities.
7. Organize and attend meetings, answer client queries, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
8. Maintain regular contact with key management personnel at clients and build networks within Grant Thornton.
9. Work with fast-growing clients, learning about new markets and establishing businesses.
Candidate requirements
The minimum criteria include experience in a finance or compliance environment, intermediate Excel skills, and the ability to deliver quality work on time. You should be a confident communicator. Skills that are a plus include experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, excellent visualization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload.
