D&S Swim School is a growing swim school and we are looking for passionate, friendly, reliable and enthusiastic qualified level 1 and 2 teachers, to join our team. We offer small group lessons and private 121 / 122 lessons, we believe that keeping groups small benefits the swimmers. We have a great team with lots of opportunities to develop and progress.

Requirements
* Swim England or STA Level 2 swimming/coaching qualification
* National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (NRASTC) qualification or lifesaving qualification is beneficial (not essential)
* Clean Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check - for successful applicants who not do not have a DBS, we can help to arrange this
* Confident with all aspects of teaching: nervous, additional needs, complete beginners and technique work
Responsibilities
* Deliver/assist group lessons of upto 4 children in preschool and upto 5 children in all other classes and private 121 / 122 lessons
* Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to
* Committed, passionate, loyal and must have the ability to create a good rapport with parents / carers and children
* Must be able to identify children's levels of ability and adapt activities and lessons as required
* Run sessions effectively and efficiently, setting up and maintaining equipment and adhering to D&S Swim School safeguarding policy
* Provide feedback on swimmers when required
