We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead a kitchen at a prestigious school in Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding, term-time-only role, perfect for achieving a great work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading a dedicated kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals for students and staff
* Planning and preparing nutritious, seasonal menus
* Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Managing stock, budgets, and kitchen operations efficiently
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
