Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Full Time, Permanent
£27,000 salary.
My client, a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler in Walsall, are hiring for a Quality Administrator to join their Organisation on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide administration support to the team
* Use in-house systems to check in Pharmaceutical products
* Handle documentation, records, and inbox management
* Upload all relevant documents from deliveries received on the company server.
* Review batch records and ensure all entries are inserted accurately.
* Ensure all relevant documentation is present with the working BPR and confirmed as complete.
* Ensure if errors occurred that they have been reported.
* Ensure all checks are recorded accurately during identification check
Qualifications
* Previous work history in a similar fast paced environment
* Knowledge and experience of Administration
* Ideally have experience in a quality role
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a similar environment
* Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to the changing working practices of a busy pharmaceutical environment
* Good administrative, IT and keyboard skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and procedures
* Reliable, organised, and professional, with a willingness to learn and develop further in a quality-focused role
