Theatre Practitioner / ODP (RGN / ODP)

£29.50 per hour
As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in the theatres at Oxford Manor Hospital, you will work with leading consultants and a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
* Be a part of the close-knit multidisciplinary team.
* Work with leading consultants and like‑minded professionals who respect and value your contributions.
* Enjoy a varied caseload with state‑of‑the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
* Interact well with colleagues on the ward and within the department, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
Qualifications
* Post‑registration experience in Orthopaedic, ENT or Ophthalmic scrub/SFA work. Experience in transitional specialties is desirable.
* Registered with a relevant governing body (NMC or HCPC).
* Additional courses pertaining to your skill set.
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
* Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
