Connells Survey & Valuation is looking for an experienced Sales Lead / Coach to join our Private Client Team. This is a hands-on sales role with a 50/50 split between selling and coaching. You will work with warm inbound leads from customers who have already enquired, selling a range of residential survey products, while also supporting and developing other Sales Advisors through live coaching, feedback, and best-practice sharing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sell survey products to warm, leads via telephone
2. Act as a role model for sales excellence through your own performance
3. Coach, mentor, and support Sales Advisors to improve conversion, confidence, and customer experience
4. Provide live call coaching, feedback, and performance support
5. Support the team in achieving individual and overall sales targets
About You
6. Proven experience in a high-performing phone-based sales role
7. Confident selling to warm leads and handling objections
8. Passionate about coaching and developing others
9. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills
10. Previous sales coaching / training would be advantageous
