Support change and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation. Experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems, or IT Business Partner roles. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex environments. Strong skills in requirements definition and agile delivery. Experience with enterprise SaaS systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, billing systems). Understanding of business process design and optimisation. Experience working in high‑growth or acquisition‑driven organisations.
