Overview

Location: Horsham, West Sussex, United Kingdom

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £27k-£30k DOE

Join Global 4 as a Sales Administrator in Horsham. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in a dynamic, tech-enabled managed services environment.


What you’ll be doing

* Liaise with all internal departments to ensure client experience is as smooth as possible
* Work closely alongside existing Sales Administration to ensure harmonious completion of tasks
* Confirm and process all new orders with the sales team and Projects team
* Raise and monitor tickets for sales teams, including management of departing customers
* Monitor and log customer fault tickets – liaising with sales team and service desk
* Quality check documentation for new orders and ensure CRM detail is complete and accurate
* Manage reporting as required, including deal progression
* Manage relevant departmental inboxes and assign tasks as needed
* Answer calls for the Sales department and route as appropriate
* Diary management and scheduling of internal meetings
* Raise purchase orders and coordinate subsequent actions to conclusion
* Support amendments to quotations post-survey and reissue of paperwork for re-signoff
* Maintain and update customer database and sales records
* Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to account management
* Handle general office duties related to the sales function as needed
* Any other duties as/where required

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a team
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent numerical skills
