The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. The role is being created to continue the success in winning new customers, whilst leading a team of researchers and co-ordinating with our technical development team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.
Responsibilities
* Lead, Develop and implement sales strategy
* Report sales metrics
* Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
Qualifications
* Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
* 5+ years in engineering/manufacturing background
* Excellent communication skills
* CRM experience
