Ribbons & Reeves is a specialist education recruitment company based in Liverpool Street, London. Since our launch in 2020, we’ve grown rapidly to become the go-to partner for London schools looking to hire both contract and permanent staff.
We’re now looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team and build long-term careers with us. We currently have two desks available, both covering prime central London territory. These desks offer exceptional opportunity and are ideal for individuals ready to take ownership, build relationships, and nurture a strong portfolio of school clients.
Not only will you be stepping into a desk with genuine potential to change your life, but you’ll also be joining a fantastic team. Since moving to London, we’ve built a diverse and dynamic group of professionals, including several who have joined us from other agencies and have been genuinely impressed by what they’ve found here.
Earning Potential
We’re realistic about what you can earn here, no inflated “Covid market” claims, just an accurate reflection of the earnings our consultants achieve across all levels:
* Year 1 OTE: £35,000 – £50,000
* Year 2 OTE: £50,000+
* Year 3 OTE: £70,000 – £100,000+
