The Vacancy
Wates has an opportunity for a Plasterer to join our WPS team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will work out of our Skelmersdale office on a social housing contract, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.
Requirements include an NVQ Level 2 in plastering and a full clean driving license.
Key Accountabilities
* Undertaking repair and renewal works
* Advising supervisors on additional trades required
* Working on specific tasks independently
* Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks
* Completing daily work sheets detailing work and materials used
* Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines
Success Criteria
To succeed, you should be an excellent communicator, problem solver, able to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
