A welcoming Specialist SEN School in Winchester is looking for caring and motivated Learning Support Assistants to support primary-aged pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties, complex needs, and autism.
The Role
* Provide 1:1 and classroom support
* Help pupils develop communication, independence, and life skills
* Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning
* Create a calm, positive, and safe environment
About You
We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds including education, childcare, care, health, youth work, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles. School experience is not essential — full training is provided.
