We are searching for a Parts Advisor to join a growing team at a reputable gardening company based in Swindon
This role will start following successful interview.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers over the phone, and online with parts inquiries.
* Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
* Upsell additional products and services when appropriate.
* Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
* Process sales transactions using our premier stock system.
* Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders.
Requirements:
* Experience in lawnmower, garden machinery, or automotive parts sales (preferred).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to use parts lookup software and online catalogues.
* Basic computer skills (MS Office).
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay and Hours
· Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30
· Paid at £12.21 per hour
