Opened in 1834 as a Coaching Inn, University Arms is Cambridge’s oldest Hotel. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING As Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant & Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of guest service. You will lead, motivate, and train the restaurant team, while also being hands-on in service delivery.
