Role details
We are recruiting a Credit Control Administrator on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role is key to maximizing rental collections across client portfolios, ensuring SLAs and contractual requirements are met efficiently. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm, and Friday 9am - 5pm. After training, hybrid/remote work is available.
Candidate profile
You will ensure maximum rental income collection, working closely with Property Managers and Administrators to maintain high performance. You will collaborate with the Housing Benefits Department regarding housing benefits. Developing knowledge of procedures, compliance, legislation, and contracts is expected. A basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in administration roles; experience in Credit Control is preferred but not essential.
