We are recruiting two Tenancy Sustainment Officers to join our newly established Tenancy Sustainment Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service designed to provide early, intensive support to tenants at risk of losing their tenancy.
You will work directly with tenants who may be experiencing complex or challenging circumstances, providing person‑centred support to help them sustain their tenancy and live independently. The role involves managing a caseload, carrying out home visits, assessing risks and support needs, and working closely with internal teams and external partners such as health, social care and voluntary agencies.
This is a rewarding front‑line role for someone who is resilient, organised and committed to making a positive difference to people’s lives and communities.
The Council is committed to equality of opportunity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
We pride ourselves on being a good employer with a range of benefits and employment terms and conditions to suit you. You will be able to benefit from competitive salaries in an incremental scheme, flexible working, LGPS pension scheme, family friendly policies and healthcare insurance.
