Job Advert Location Description
The Priory Wellbeing Centre Birmingham is an outpatient clinic set in the heart of Birmingham delivering individual therapy to adults,children and adolescents.
The clinic maintains close links with the Priory Hospital Woodbourne enabling continuity of care if inpatient treatment becomes necessary. The consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and psychotherapists who use the clinic are all highly experienced in their respective fields of healthcare.
Job involves working as an Consultant Admin Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Centre's Consulting Team.
Job Advert Role Description
You will provide an efficient and professional administrative service ensuring business processes are effectively and resourcefully managed to support the delivery of a quality care service. A varied role, tasks will involve working with consultants, arranging meetings, preparing meeting notes, collation and input of data, medical records requests and general administration.
The successful candidate will have significant proven experience with excellent organisation and communication skills.
