Mobile Building Services Engineer – Electrical Bias (Quick progression to Electrical QS)
Location: North London & Surrounding Counties
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Overtime: Opportunities available, paid at 1.5x hourly rate

The Role
We’re seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer – Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive company that invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical maintenance, minor installations, and repairs across a varied portfolio
* Compliance with MEP schedules and standards
* Fault finding and resolution of electrical issues
* Coordination with other trades and team members
* Maximum of 3 sites per day to travel between
* All work is local to North London and surrounding counties

Qualifications & Skills
* 2391 Testing & Inspection – Essential
* Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
* 18th Edition
* Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)
* Strong electrical engineering background in maintenance, repair, and installation
* Basic plumbing knowledge (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Positive, can-do attitude
