Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Manager located in Ballymena. The Home Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care and services for residents. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining compliance with established policies and standards, and fostering a safe, supportive environment for residents. The Home Manager will also handle administrative duties, manage budgets, and proactively address resident needs to enhance their well-being.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Experience in healthcare management, including compliance and quality assurance
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for care homes
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent) are highly desirable
Previous experience in a healthcare leadership role is advantageous
