We're recruiting an Employment Solicitor to join a thriving 32-strong team in Leeds, working across some of the most diverse and high-quality employment matters in the market.
The Work
This isn't a niche practice. You'll work across multiple sectors, gaining breadth and depth that's rare at this level. The team acts for household names including major retailers, logistics companies, telecommunications giants, and blue-chip corporates, alongside significant work in healthcare and insurance.
From complex tribunal litigation and senior executive exits to TUPE, restructures, and strategic HR advisory work, you'll be handling sophisticated matters for clients who expect—and receive—outstanding service.

You
You'll be 2-4 years qualified with solid employment law experience and the ambition to develop your practice across a broad client base. You'll be ready for responsibility, hungry to learn, and looking for a firm that will genuinely invest in you.
