Reed Education are proud to be working in partnership with a highly supportive and well-established SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) provision based in Windsor, seeking a dedicated and resilient Science Teacher to join their permanent team.

About the Role
* Deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons (primarily up to Key Stage 3, with scope to extend further depending on experience)
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including pastoral staff and therapists
* Build positive relationships that support both academic and personal development

* Specialist SEMH provision supporting students with diagnosed mental health needs and additional challenges
* Small class sizes, typically 4–10 students, enabling a highly personalised approach to learning
* Strong emphasis on therapeutic support, structure, and consistency

The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Science to at least Key Stage 3 (essential)
* Experience within SEMH, SEN, or alternative provision settings is highly desirable
* Strong behaviour management and a calm, patient approach
* Passionate about supporting vulnerable learners and making a difference
