The Welder at Cytiva is responsible for welding Stainless Steel pressure Vessels and associated components that meet all applicable standards required in the respective industry they serve. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Operate in-line with all Weld Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to all EHS regulations during the welding of Stainless-Steel pressure Vessels Operate in-line with the site ISO 3834 standard and all applicable Standard Operating Procedures that cascade as part of the site’s compliance to ISO:15614, ASME 1X, ASME BPE, Nuclear EN 13445, etc To actively support New Product Development projects, during and post validation phases and conduct Training of peers where applicable. The essential requirements of the job include: Competent in working with at least one of TIG / MAG / Stick / Plasma / Orbital – and previously coded to ASME IX, ISO 9606 or similar Competent at Welding Full penetration Stainless steel joints while being purged Able to Interpret technical drawings This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
