About the role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support children aged 3-5 in their early development across key learning areas.
2. Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and engaging activities.
3. Encourage learning through play, creativity, and positive reinforcement.
4. Provide personal care and promote a safe, supportive environment.
5. Adapt to different classroom settings and build positive relationships quickly.
We’re looking for:
6. Previous experience working with EYFS children (nursery or school-based).
7. A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. Relevant qualifications or experience (e.g., Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistant Certificate).
10. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one through us).
