About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Business Partner to manage our direct procurement activities across multiple sites and business units. You will be responsible for acting as the business partner with the global category teams and sourcing of local spend ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable sourcing of goods with local suppliers and while collaborating with key stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment.
This role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and excellent supplier and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Business partner to the global category teams ensuring UK business requirements are well represented and translated into global sourcing projects.
* Develop and implement local sourcing strategies for direct procurement categories.
* Identify, evaluate, and select local suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and sustainability criteria.
* Conduct market research and benchmark pricing to identify and optimise procurement opportunities.
