This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing their quality standards across various processes. Day-to-day of the role: Assist with internal and external audits adhering to BRC and ISO standards. Ensure customer requirements are met from a QA perspective. Release QA batches in line with customer-specific and QMS requirements. Collaborate with technical and production teams to resolve quality issues. Participate in customer audits and set standards for quality. Perform in-house testing to maintain quality standards. Write QA-related reports and act as a catalyst for change and improvement. Liaise with the Compliance/QHSE Officer to ensure QMS conformity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and customer care skills. Good numerical skills and understanding of statistics. Effective report writing and negotiation skills. Analytical abilities to grasp key points from complex details. Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies.
