Their Tenant Rebilling service is carried out by their sister company, which is part of the Group of companies. The business has transformed over the last 3yrs increasing its turnover to over £3m p/annum with an order book and forecast to achieve £4m+ in 2024…They are seeking an energetic and dynamic person to join their team of experienced account managers. You will have autonomy in your role but be expected to develop established customers relationships and maximise revenue streams through cross-selling and up-selling our additional services. As new accounts enter the world, you may also be expected to nurture the growth and establish these customers by providing the best customer experience possible. It is a fast-paced environment, where you will thrive on working within a strong peer group and work closely with new business development and operations departments.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesBe the custodian of the relationship with a range of existing customersDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with new accountsIdentify and generate account growth by the introduction of new services from their portfolioManage customer projects for their services whether it is installation of new meters or delivery of energy assessment reports in a timely and professional mannerForge relationships with internal stake holders including new business development, operations and Board so they can understand and deliver client demandsWork with external stake holders to maintain and develop business levels including market advice, guidance and forecastingDesired Skills, Experience & Attributes Previous experience of account management ideally from the energy or utilities market (although not essential)Experience and proven track record of growing accountsStrong commercial knowledgeSales acumenExcellent written and verbal communications skillsConfident in speaking with and delivering customer solutionsStrong people management skills including a consultative and persuasive approachGood at listening to client’s needs and develop solutionsPro-active attitude to work effectively and efficiently under pressureStrong numeracy, Excel and bespoke business systems skills,If this opportunity is of interest and you would like to apply, then please email John-Paul Elliott with an up to date copy of your cv.
