Liverpool (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)
If you’re starting out in communications, what’s more valuable: one narrow role, or exposure to an entire group of businesses?
At Bibby Line Group, this role gives you exactly that. The chance to work across different companies, projects and stakeholders while building your careers in communications.
The role
As Communications Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of clear, engaging communications across the Group.
Some days that might mean shaping internal messaging that helps colleagues understand company strategy. Other days you could be working on colleague stories, supporting community initiatives, or helping deliver communications for major projects and events.
Some days, you might be shaping internal messaging to help colleagues grasp the company's strategy; on others, you could be developing colleague stories, supporting community initiatives, or delivering communications for major projects and events.
Additionally, you'll contribute to external communications - whether that's crafting content for the company website, engaging with social media audiences, liaising with external stakeholders, or amplifying Bibby Line Group’s reputation in the wider community.
You’ll work closely with the Group Communications Manager and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
The result?
