Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced APP Transaction Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing APP transactions with a focus on aiding in the remediation of cases. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you identify challenges and create a decision tree to streamline the remediation process. You will also carry out necessary remediation actions or coordinate them for handover to the Business As Usual (BAU) operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse Authorised Push Payment (APP) transactions to identify and remediate cases effectively.
- Develop a decision tree to streamline the remediation process and address challenges.
- Execute necessary remediation actions or facilitate handover to the BAU team, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Leverage AI tools to document current processes and procedures, and simulate workflows.
- Support the implementation of the target operating model to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the upskilling of the BAU team to ensure readiness for the new operating procedures and workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
