An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Aftermarket / Technical Support Specialist to join a growing company in the crushing and screening industry. You'll be the key link between the customer and the service team, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently – either over the phone or through the field team.

The Role:
1. First point of contact for technical support
2. Diagnose issues over the phone; troubleshoot and resolve remotely where possible
3. Delegate field service work to engineers when needed
4. Manage and coordinate the service & commissioning schedule
5. Oversee warranty registrations and claims
6. Organise dealer training programmes
7. Support with aftermarket parts sales (this may become a separate role as we grow)
8. Liaise with customers, engineers, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
The Person:
9. Strong background in crushing & screening equipment
10. Comfortable on the phone, with good communication and computer skills
11. Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
12. Practical and organised with a proactive, get-it-done attitude
13. Mechanical or technical background preferred
14. Previous experience in service coordination or technical support a strong advantage
