HSEQ Manager – Technical & Projects
UK-wide | £60,000 + benefits
We’re partnering with a leading facilities management organisation to appoint an HSEQ Manager – Technical & Projects, responsible for driving health, safety and environmental excellence across technical operations and project delivery.
This is a senior, visible role with a strong focus on CDM compliance, leadership and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HSEQ across technical services and projects, with accountability for CDM 2015 compliance.
* Develop and embed HSEQ policies, procedures and management systems.
* Line manage and support HSEQ Advisors, providing technical guidance and leadership.
* Lead incident investigations, including RIDDOR reporting.
* Manage audits, inspections and performance reporting, driving improvements.
* Provide expert HSEQ advice to operational, facilities and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
* Strong CDM 2015 knowledge within construction or FM environments.
* Proven experience leading HSEQ in technical or project-led operations.
* Confident communicator able to influence and challenge at all levels.
* Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
